As a prior Marine myself, I ordered this lighter as a Christmas gift for a fellow Marine who collects Zippos. My friend was impressed with the solid brass case (instead of plated) and noted the exquisite engraving of the USMC seal. The backside of the lighter has no markings, so a personalized engraving can (and should) be added. The lighter arrived in flawless condition and needless to say, my friend loved it.
