The cool burns out too quicklyI got alot of compliments.Only problem I have with case it only holds about 7/8 cigarettes.We bought 2, green and red. The red cig case is beautiful and elegant! The problem is the magnet that keeps the lid closed are not glued well and lost it within 2 weeks.Overall really nice product, but it DOES NOT fit 20 cigarettes inside of it. It fits about 12. The back row is open, and the sides allow for a cigarette on each side, but the front is blocked by the lighter function and doesn’t allow the fit for the full 20 cigarettesI practically just received this and I already love it. The only main complaint that I read on all other Reviews is how an entire pack of traditional cigarettes do not fit inside. I smoke Capri, (which are the long thin ones)and the entire pack fit inside. The main reason why I purchased this is because most of the time I leave my cigarettes outside and they absorb moisture . Even if you do have the traditional size cigarettes, this could still be useful and convenient.I ordered this on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday, beautiful product and previous reviews don't do the case justice, Although it it is metal and plastic, it is covered in a light laquer leaving it comfortable to the touch, it also snaps closed with the help of 3 small magnets on the lid which seems to have been missed on earlier reviews. Extremely happy as I smoke Vogue Blue super slim cigarettes and the case holds all 20.The lighter also worked immediately. All in all a wonderful cigarette case, doesn't look or feel plastic at all. Classy !Very disappointed is an understatement it doesn't hold any more than 6 cigarettes at a time the lighter part works on and off definitely not worth the moneyA lot smaller than I thought. Holds only 8 100s (Pall Mall Menthol 100s) Comes with spare burner and charging cable which is nice. Lighter lit right up out of the box when I slide down the cover. Will work well for work or short trips on the motorcycle.If you are in the UK this would probably only hold half a packet of cigarettes at a time. This is the only downside to the product.
