This thing works great for smoking, dabbing and automotive work that requires a torch(precision torch, anyone?). Best torch at a great price. Even has a lock to not accidentally fire, and it does prevent any vapor leaks. Some things that lock will leak if pressed hard enough, this one has not leaked once. Also the air gap allows for better heating with less gas, very efficient.Yo! Short and sweet:Bought as a campfire torch, IT WORKS AWESOME AS A CAMPFIRE TORCH! Kumbaya, foo!Fill it 2-3 seconds with butane. Drain out any liquid and top it up, repeat steps a few times for best results.Bro, go and get you one!!!This is a pretty good lighter, the first one though that I bought, the trigger failed, but I think that was because I would be holding it in the ignite to long, so I purchased 2 more because it is like a little torch in your hand, I use it to ignite and burn boxes and leaves , logs and such in my firepit and it is great, lights it up real quick, and they have a great ergonomic grip for the hand and have great weight to them, it looks like it could be doubled as a hand phaser from Star Trek, really a great mini-torch, also good to bring on road trips and or camping trips, and has an a easy fill on the bottom for the lighter fluid injection, I really recommend buying one or two,It's a great small butane torch. Very easy to use and seems well made. Has a large range of adjustment of the flame intensity.I got it to use in the workshop and as a fire starter.. My wife liked it so much she's going to use it in the kitchen, replacing another type she is now using. One suggestion. It didn't stand up firmly when placed in a stand-up position. I GENTLE filed the rear and flattened it.Thanks to the "Crazy Russian Hacker" for demonstrating it!The lighter works perfectly! Easy to refill and to light, and the locking switch is a nice safety addition. Yes, it does burn through aluminum cans, but do it outside. It would've been nice to have an English translation of the info card, that it uses butane for fuel, and a window to see the fuel level. I gave several as gifts, and didn't know there were zero details included with the lighter. I learned that it doesn't hold much fuel, so a count of 2 seems to fill it. I like this new design over the old one, but please include a fuel window and larger reservoir in the next version. This is a butane long-throw lighter. While they advertise it as "Hottest Torch on Earth" that's just not the good/cool part about this lighter, and it's really not true either. This lighter doesn't really make an exceptionally hot flame for it's class, so don't buy it for that, but it does throw it's flame very far, making it a great candidate for lighting grills, pilot lights, etc. which was the purpose I bought it for.The build quality is actually surprisingly good for the price, and the only cheap feeling parts are the tip where the lighter actually lights the butane fuel, and the button. The button is made of a glossy plastic. This is a finger magnet. Terrible decision. But it's a small complaint. The biggest issue I've found is this thing just CHUGS fuel. It will use your Butane like a frat boy drinks beer. But otherwise it is actually excellent and I feel there's no considerable reason to complain about this lighter. It's certainly not the best of quality, and maybe it could be more efficient, but the price is compelling. The torch works best pointed upward. If I point it down the flame sputters. No directions or safety guidelines
