Nice lighter, words to smallWe were celebrating a milestone for my son and at the last minute but the same day I ordered this for him as a gift the date changed. I was so impressed that they not only got the date change correct but got it to him on time!I wanted a Zippo, having enjoyed an older one for the satisfaction is provides, so I got this primarily for the case to use the single torch insert that I bought, but immediately regretted it upon opening the package. Just looking at this thing gave it fingerprint smudges. Even with clean hands, you can't hold this lighter without looking dirty a minute later. Thankfully I didn't get it engraved so I was able to return it for a matte-colored one instead, but I had to pay shipping for the return so I'm deducting extra points for that.This lighter was a great order. I ordered on of these as a gift for a friend and I received it in a timely manner. I had some customization questions and the seller took the time to iron out those details with me and it arrived just as expected. The engraving looked great and there were no dents, scratches, or scrapes. Once again, it is an engraving and not a mold imprint type of customization so the lettering will only go so deep. Despite that thought, the customization was legible, positioned correctly, and exactly as I requested. I'd recommend using Word or some other program to type your message just in case you don't know what all the font's letters look like. It gave me a better visualization on how the message would turn out and helped pick the font I wanted. There was a little bit of residual glue on it that I initially thought was a scratch, but after a quick rub or two with my thumb, the glue came right off and the lighter was perfect again. The box it came in was from zippo and was new. Great option for a gift and my friend loved it when they got. Great product 5/5.After placing my order, seller had a question about the details. I purchased this for my boyfriend as a gift this Valentine's Day. First of all, he is a big fan of Zippo lighters and has been using the same one for about 8 years now. Needless to say, he was very surprised to unwrap a Masculine and Modern, Black Ice, High Quality Shine lighter as a gift, hahaha. I personalized it with Monogramed initials and below it said "Valentine's day" and below that said "2015". I think he would have preferred that I left off the "Valentine's Day" lol but what's to expect...he's one of those men, anything sweet or romantic is like, embarrassing or something? I don't get it? I also got him an extra lighter fluid and flint kit so that he can maintenance it as needed. Both packages came in a timely manner and I cannot appreciate THAT enough.Overall he was very happy and has been using it, literally, since he opened the box, which in turn makes me feel very happy.
